The “Child and the Environment” Association, which has been operating since 2005 in the field of non-profit social activism, is inextricably linked to our hospital. The Association brings together people who understand the needs of others. The Association’s statutory goals are:

Supporting children’s health, including humanitarian initiatives.
Supporting environmental protection, particularly in areas that impact the health of the younger generation.
Cultivating environmental awareness among children and young people.
Promoting the latest scientific advances to improve children’s quality of life.
Protecting children’s rights, with particular emphasis on the right to health and life protection.
Supporting individuals and institutions, including physicians, who take action to protect children’s rights.
Our main achievements include supporting children’s health and protecting the environment in which they live through the regular organization of multimedia scientific workshops dedicated to preschool, school, and high school students. Topics covered:

The impact of psychoactive substances on the human body
First aid in life-threatening situations using manikins and AEDs
“Live in harmony with nature” competitions for preschool and school children
What you can do to improve our environment
Co-organization of the 3rd International Congress on the Prevention of Lifestyle Diseases
Co-organization of three international congresses in pediatric otolaryngology A total of approximately 1,800 physicians participated in the congresses.
Equipping hospitals with medical equipment and supplies specifically for children.
Continuous financial support for doctors and nurses improving their professional qualifications in medical fields related to children’s health.
Co-financing participation in scientific meetings and congresses, especially for those actively participating in the above-mentioned forms of training.
Our association provided significant assistance to children in Nepal following the dramatic natural disaster in 2008. We established a first aid station, providing injured people with dressings and essential medications.
